Credit limits for Shopify B2B, enforced at checkout.

Payment terms let wholesale buyers pay later, but nothing stops a company that already owes you from ordering again. Wholora sets a credit limit for each company location, blocks orders that would go over it and shows who owes you what. New buyers are approved in one click into a Shopify B2B company; on Growth and Pro their B2B market or catalog, payment terms and tax exemption are set up for you too.

What Wholora adds to native Shopify B2B

Credit limits at checkout

Shopify payment terms don't cap what a company can owe. Set a limit for each company location and Wholora blocks orders that would take the unpaid balance over it.

Hold orders while invoices are overdue

On Pro, optionally stop new orders from a location until its overdue invoices are paid, with your own message at checkout.

Receivables at a glance

On Pro, see unpaid net-terms orders by company and by how overdue they are, and export the aging report to CSV.

One-click approval, fully set up

Approving creates the Shopify company, location and contact. On Growth and Pro it also adds them to your B2B market or catalog and sets payment terms and, for valid EU VAT numbers, tax exemption.

Wholesale form and auto-approval

A light form block for any theme page with tax IDs and your own questions. On Growth and Pro, approve automatically, or only when an EU VAT number checks out in VIES.

Shopify Flow ready

On Growth and Pro, triggers for submitted, approved and rejected applications — send Slack alerts, tag customers or email your team.

Questions

Shopify already has a free account request form. Why Wholora?

Shopify's company account requests (built with the Shopify Forms app, plus a Shopify Flow template for auto-approval) cover the basic request-and-approve flow, and you can keep using them. Wholora adds what that flow doesn't: credit limits enforced at checkout, a receivables aging view, and approvals that also set up the B2B market or catalog, payment terms and tax exemption without building Flow workflows.

Does Wholora replace native Shopify B2B?

No, it works alongside it. Approved buyers are regular Shopify B2B companies you can manage in Shopify admin, and credit limits apply to any company location — including companies you created yourself or through Shopify's own request form.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. Since April 2026 native B2B is available on the Basic, Grow and Advanced plans as well as Plus, and Wholora works on all of them. On non-Plus plans catalogs are assigned through B2B markets (up to 3 active B2B catalogs), so on Growth and Pro Wholora adds approved buyers to the market you choose.

How are credit limits enforced?

Through a Shopify checkout validation that runs inside Shopify. If a signed-in buyer's unpaid balance plus the new order would exceed their limit, checkout shows your message instead of placing the order.

What does the Free plan include?

Credit limits enforced at checkout for up to 3 company locations, up to 15 applications a month, the wholesale form block and one-click approval into Shopify B2B companies.

Does Wholora change my theme code?

No. The form is a theme app block you add in the theme editor. Remove the block or uninstall the app and nothing is left behind.
